Danielle Grant
serves as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer of Fairfield, a vertically integrated operator and investment manager in the multifamily residential sector. Danielle joined Fairfield in 2021 and is responsible for Fairfield’s regulatory compliance program. She also sits on the firm’s environmental, social and governance (ESG)  committee where she assists with guiding and implementing the firm’s ESG policy and reporting requirements. She has a 20+ year career working with registered investment advisors in the areas of compliance, risk and control management, marketing and operations. She has held senior roles with Allianz Global Investors in San Diego, CA, The Northern Trust Company in Chicago, IL and most recently with Frontier Global Partners in La Jolla, CA. She is also a Certified Securities Compliance Professional (CSCP), a member of the Southern California Compliance Group (SCCG) and the National Society of Compliance Professionals (NSCP).

Membership Committee Chair Summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, coordinate and lead the activities and meetings of the Membership Committee, including Committee member recruitment.
  • Manage Member recruiting efforts, including development of and revisions to the SCCG Membership Application.
  • Respond to prospective member inquiries.
  • Conduct outreach to guests that attend Member meetings.
  • Work with Administrator and Treasurer to maintain Membership roster.
  • Coordinate with Administrator to send welcome package to new Members.
  • Each year, perform outreach to Members regarding renewals.
  • Report on the activities and progress of the Committee at Officer meetings, or as may be requested by the President.

Qualifications:

Must be a Member in good standing of the SCCG and be appointed by the President. Individual must perform the above essential duties satisfactorily.
