A service provider is a third party retained to perform a function, service, or process on behalf of the registered investment adviser, its funds, investors, or portfolio companies.

Membership does not become effective until SCCG has received your dues. In addition, membership belongs to the member, not the member's firm, and is not transferable to any other person, within or outside the member’s firm.
